Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Blissstone Patios, Garden & Furniture Co. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returned items must show no signs of use, damage, assembly, or installation. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Final Sale Items

At this time, we do not designate any items as final sale. However, all returns must still meet our eligibility requirements and be requested within the allowed return window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 35% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Support@blissstonepatiosgardens.living with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
